Mentor Form

WE ARE VB’s mentoring program pairs adults in our community with at-risk high school students to meet on a regular basis throughout the school year. Mentoring sessions are typically scheduled twice per month for 50 minutes from September through May. New mentors are asked to attend a brief scheduled training session, hosted by a school social worker, prior to participating in the mentoring program. If you are interested in serving as a WE ARE VB mentor, please complete this application and we will be in contact with you shortly. The information on this form will be kept confidential and will help us pair you with a student. Thank you for your interest in helping homeless and at-risk high school students, right here in our hometown!
